The prize includes round-trip air transportation on Delta Air Lines, lodging, meals, sightseeing, and preferred seating at all festival performances). Created in 1974, the Monte-Carlo International Circus Festival is a weeklong event that welcomes the world’s best circus acts to compete for the coveted Silver and Gold Clown Awards.
